I was born & raised in Southern Illinois & have always enjoyed hunting & fishing, my entire life. It has been passed down in my family from generation to generation. It is something I want to pass down to my children, grandchildren, friends and relatives. I have been married to my wife, Angie, for the past 18 & ½ years. We have three children: Brandon, 20 years old, who is currently serving in the U.S Army; Joshua, 15, who shot his first deer in the 2003 Youth Hunt; and Mallory, 11, who has won 1st, 2nd (twice), & 3rd for catching the most fish in her age division in the Fishing Day With Dad every year in our hometown and is taking interest in hunting now. All of our children are intrigued by the behavior of whitetail deer and the importance of scent concealment and placement. This is one of the reasons I have developed a product for scent dispensing. In November 2004, I was really tired of using drag rags to lure deer to my hunting sights, so I began brainstorming on ways that would be a lot less messy and a whole lot easier for all of us to use. That's when I came up with an electronic unit called the Trailblazer Scent Dispenser. You pick your favorite scent, whether it's an attractant or a cover scent, fill the Trailblazer, and go. You can wear the dispenser on your boot as you walk to your site to cover your scent or lay an attractant. Once you have reached your hunting site, just remove the dispenser from your boot and strap it to the tree, then reset the dispenser to automatic and hunt with confidence.
